Immediate Load Implantology

Thanks to the placement of 4 or more implants, it is possible to restore one or both arches with fixed teeth, even within the same day.

Ideal treatment for:

  • patients missing all teeth on a dental arch
  • patients with few remaining teeth that are severely compromised

Alternatively, different treatments and techniques can be selected, such as single implants or traditional prostheses.

How it works

1) Book your Specialist Consultation (call or fill out the form below)
to evaluate the feasibility of an immediate load restoration treatment with a doctor. During the visit, the dentist will assess:

  • the patient’s general health condition and any medications being taken
  • the absence of systemic diseases and/or detrimental oral habits
  • the mobility degree of any remaining teeth
  • the absence of inflammation within the oral cavity
  • the need for any further diagnostic investigations
  • the quality and quantity of the bone structure, outlining the potential for a subsequent and detailed study through a CBCT (Cone Beam Computer Tomography) scan, which can be performed directly at our clinic.

2) Treatment planning
Once the preliminary assessment is complete, the dentist schedules the procedure by studying the patient’s anatomical details and choosing the specific characteristics of the implants to be placed.

3) Impression for prosthesis preparation
The doctor takes the patient’s dental impressions and instructs the dental laboratory on how to craft the prosthesis. This step is essential to create a comfortable and harmonious prosthesis that respects the anatomy of the patient’s mouth and allows for full functionality. The implants used at Bludental, along with all prosthetic products, are high-quality devices backed by declarations of conformity in accordance with current regulations.

4) Appointment to secure the immediate load prosthesis in 1 day
The implants are placed and, conditions permitting, the prosthesis is stabilized within a single day. Periodic follow-ups allow for patient monitoring during the post-operative phase to verify the osseointegration of the implants. Afterward, through occlusal registrations and final impressions, the definitive permanent prosthesis is manufactured and fitted after approximately 3 months.
